The online abstract submission is available from 9 January 2019. Please submit your abstracts via the online abstract submission system before the deadline 5 June 2019 23.59 hrs. (CET).
Abstract submitters will be notified of the reviewing outcome by email at the beginning of July 2019.
Certificate of attendance
A Certificate of Attendance for the EULIS Meeting can be collected from the website after the congress.
Information on CME accreditation will follow in due time.
The Stones Course for Nurses is acknowledged by the Italian Federation of Nursing Boards (FNOPI).

There will be a medical unit present for first aid in the congress venue. In case of emergency contact a security guard immediately.
Guests & Children
In compliance with the Pharma Codes, we are not allowed to register guests (including children) and they can therefore not attend this event. Unfortunately, the EAU cannot offer any children’s daycare facilities. If parents decide to leave their children in a part of the venue that is accessible without a badge, the EAU will bear no responsibility in case of incidents.
The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly recommended to arrange their own personal insurance.
The meeting will be conducted in English, there will be no translation provided.
Lost and Found
Found items should be returned to the registration desk. If you lose something, please report to this desk for assistance.
Mobile phones must be switched off during all sessions.
All registrations should be made through the online registration system. Registration will be possible as of 1 March 2019 – 2 October 2019
